Whether you need to get your property surveyed or not will depend on what your township or borough requires. Some require that you submit a survey with your fence permit application. If it is not required by your township or borough, it is highly recommended that you obtain one for future reference. It can be costly to move a fence once installed if it is found that the fence is not built on your property.

This will depend on the number of posts, gates, and panels needed for the job. An additional charge will be included if there is rock soil on your property that requires us to use a jackhammer to help create the holes needed to set the posts.
A typical installation will take one to three days depending on the amount of feet of fence that is to be installed. Typically, 200 feet of fence can be completed in one day.
While you need to be home in the morning when our installers arrive to go over the details, it is not required that you stay throughout the day.
